5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

DynastyCuts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the shipping provider first and then reach out to us.

• For damage claims: Email us at info@dynastycuts.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) within 3 days of delivery.
